R.E.S.T is a bespoke treatment encompassing your Routines, Environment, Stimulation and Thoughts, personalised uniquely for you. Sleep Assessments cost £150 for a session and report. Some sleep problems may be alleviated after only one session. Follow up sessions cost from £120 for 50 minutes.
